Yes. Every artwork featured by Salt Brush Coastal begins as an original watercolour painting created by artist Amanda Adams. Each piece is inspired by the beauty of coastal living, family holidays, and treasured moments spent by the ocean.

At this time, Salt Brush Coastal does not accept commissioned artwork.

My focus is on creating original collections inspired by the places, memories and coastal moments that mean the most to me. This allows me to dedicate my time to developing new artwork and products for the Salt Brush Coastal range.

Salt Brush Coastal is based in Newcastle, NSW, on Australia’s beautiful east coast. 

Surrounded by stunning beaches, ocean baths and a vibrant coastal lifestyle, Newcastle provides endless inspiration for my artwork. 

All Salt Brush Coastal greeting cards and fine art prints are professionally printed and framed in Australia using premium-quality materials selected to showcase the detail and softness of the original watercolour artwork.

Our greeting cards are printed on 300gsm premium textured fine art paper chosen to complement the hand-painted nature of the artwork.

Each card is blank inside, allowing you to personalise your message for any occasion.

Each Collection includes:

• 4 premium square greeting cards (14 × 14 cm)

• 4 premium envelopes (15 x 15 cm)

• Blank interiors for your own message

• Professionally printed in Australia on premium textured fine art paper

At this time, Salt Brush Coastal greeting cards are only available as curated collections and are not sold individually. 

Each collection has been thoughtfully designed to tell a story through a series of original artworks inspired by special places, memories and moments by the sea. 

Our fine art prints are produced on Ilford 310gsm Smooth Cotton Rag paper with a matt finish.

This archival-quality paper beautifully captures the delicate detail, texture and colour of the original watercolour paintings.

You can choose to purchase your artwork either unframed or professionally framed.

Our professionally framed prints are handcrafted in Australia using premium gallery-quality materials and arrive ready to hang. If you choose an unframed print, it will be carefully packaged and ready for you to frame yourself.

Styled images on our website are provided for inspiration and to help you visualise the artwork in your space.

Our fine art prints are available in two artwork sizes:

• 20 × 20 cm — professionally framed size approximately 33 × 33 cm

• 30 × 30 cm — professionally framed size approximately 48 × 48 cm

Both artwork sizes are available as unframed fine art prints or professionally framed artwork.

Yes. Unframed fine art prints include a 1 cm white border around the artwork. This provides a clean, gallery-style finish and makes the print easy to frame.

Our professionally framed prints include a 4cm or 5cm white border depending on the size you choose.  

If you choose an unframed print, all Salt Brush Coastal fine art prints include a 1 cm white border, making them easy to frame yourself.

For a classic coastal look, I recommend a simple white, natural timber or oak frame paired with a generous white mat board. This creates a clean, timeless finish that beautifully complements the artwork.

There are some beautiful square frames available from stores such as Spotlight and IKEA, as well as many online framing retailers.

If you’d prefer not to frame it yourself, you can also purchase your artwork professionally framed through Salt Brush Coastal, ready to hang.

Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched as quickly as possible.

As all fine art prints are made to order, delivery times may vary slightly. Professionally framed artwork may take a little longer to produce than unframed prints.

All orders are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. Unframed prints are shipped in heavy-duty postal tubes, while professionally framed artwork is securely packaged in heavy-duty cartons with full transit insurance and sent via trusted courier services.

Every effort is made to accurately represent the artwork online. However, colours may vary slightly between screens and printed products due to individual monitor settings.

No. All artwork remains the copyright of Salt Brush Coastal and may not be reproduced, copied, distributed or used commercially without written permission.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll work with you to resolve it.

As our fine art prints and professionally framed artwork are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
